After two winning trebles in a row, the oddschecker team have picked out a 6/1 Sunday treble covering action from the Women's World Cup.
08:00 Sunday
Norway Women vs Philippines Women – Norway + Over 2.5 goals
The first game of our Sunday treble comes from the final group game in Group A between Norway and the Philippines.
Norway’s poor start means they must beat the Philippines and hope that they can better the goal difference of the other two sides.
Philippines picked up a shock win against New Zealand and could go through if they avoid defeat and New Zealand lose to Switzerland.
It would be a surprise to see Norway fail to win this one, so we think they’ll finally click and win this one, with over 2.5 goals in the process.
08:00 Sunday
Switzerland Women vs New Zealand – Switzerland win
Switzerland are in the driving seat in Group F, with four points to their name. They know they will qualify for the knockout stages if they beat co-hosts New Zealand.
The Football Ferns can also qualify with a win, and could even qualify with a draw should the other game end in a draw, but could also progress through goal difference.
The co-hosts shocked the world by winning their opener but lost their game against the Philippines, and we expect that losing run to continue, with the Swiss booking their place in the knockouts.
10:30 Sunday
Germany Women vs Colombia Women – Alexandra Popp anytime goalscorer
The last game of our treble sees the second game in Group H between Germany and Colombia.
Both sides won their first game, with the Germans putting six past Morocco, whilst the Colombians beat South Korea 2-0.
Alexandre Popp scored two of her sides six goals and we think that good goalscoring form will continue. She scored six goals at the Women’s European Championship last summer, with a goal every 60 minutes in that tournament.
Having already been off the mark in Australia and New Zealand, we think she could make the difference in this game, and we back her to do so.
