The first leg of our Monday treble sees Monza travel to play Sassuolo in Serie A.

Sassuolo picked up an impressive 2-1 win away to Inter Milan, following up their win against Juventus. They will be keen to make it three from three against a Monza side who are winless in their last four.

The visitors have picked up three successive draws following their 3-0 defeat to Atalanta. Their joint 5th lowest goals scored tally of four so far will make it hard to beat a Sassuolo side who have scored six in their last two games.

At home, we back Sassuolo to pick up another win and keep their good form going.

Fiorentina vs Cagliari – Fiorentina win

Fiorentina bounced back from their heavy defeat to Inter with two wins and a draw in the league, and they’ll want to take advantage of Cagliari’s poor start to the season at home.

The visitors have scored just twice, picking up two points from a possible 18. They are already up against it, being just one of three sides yet to win so far this season.

Fiorentina have scored the joint 5th most goals this season, and it would be no surprise to see that tally increase against a low quality Cagliari outfit. A home win in Florence for the second leg.

Fulham vs Chelsea – Both Teams to Score

Our final leg of the Monday treble sees the first West London derby of the season take place, as Fulham welcome Chelsea to Craven Cottage.

Just like last year, Fulham have been experiencing the better campaign of these two sides, which was never a normality. They side in 11th with a game in hand on the teams above them. They’ve kept two clean sheets on the bounce at home to Luton and away at Crystal Palace, and they’ll fancy their chances against their West London rivals.

Chelsea, on the other hand, have been dismal so far. A home win against Brighton in the Carabao Cup lifted the spirits somewhat, but they sit 15th in the table after six games. A win would propel them above Fulham however, which they realistically should be doing to kickstart their season with back to back wins.

This fixture last year was won by the hosts, but derby games are always a mixed bag in terms of results. However, we do see both teams scoring no matter the outcome, so we will back both teams to score as our final leg of this Monday treble.
