Luton vs Tottenham

Mark O’Haire is back with his weekly Premier League predictions after recording a full-house last weekend. His first two predictions this time are for the Saturday lunchtime kick-off featuring newly promoted Luton Town and Ange Postecoglou’s in-form Spurs.

Amari'i Bell 3+ Tackles

Advised Bet: 1pt @ 6/5 Betway

Luton bagged their maiden Premier League success last weekend before falling to a disappointing midweek defeat to Burnley. The Hatters are back at Kenilworth Road this Saturday for an early kick-off against in-form Tottenham and another rip-roaring atmosphere is expected at their compact Bedfordshire base.

Left centre-back Amari'i Bell has impressed in Town’s three-man backline this season with the 29-year-old racking up a collection of sky-high tackle numbers. The Jamaica international has posted 3-7-2-3-4-3 tackles from his first six starts, averaging 3.67 tackles per-90, whilst clearing the Over 2.5 Tackles line on five occasions.

I’m therefore keen to support odds-against quotes of 6/5 (2.20) on Amari'i Bell 3+ Tackles from Betway considering the likes of James Maddison, Dejan Kulusevski and Heung-Min Son will be in opposition, whilst Spurs’ opposition are averaging 20 attempted tackles per-game.

Pape Sarr Over 0.5 Shots on-Target

Advised Bet: 1pt @ 6/4 Unibet

Ange Postecoglou is still very much enjoying the honeymoon period since his arrival at Tottenham. The Australian could temporarily take Spurs to the top of the Premier League should the North Londoners pick up maximum points at Luton.

Spurs have been fun to follow this season, striking at least twice in all seven of their EPL matches. Heung-Min Son and James Maddison have taken the majority of attacking plaudits yet neither can match Pape Sarr’s consistency for landing shots on-target.

Despite operating in defensive midfield, the Senegalese starlet has hit the target in six of his seven outings for Tottenham this term, averaging 1.53 shots on-target per-90. The 21-year-old has racked up 17 efforts overall, having multiple efforts at goal on five occasions; such numbers make the 6/4 (2.50) from Unibet on Over 0.5 Shots on-Target too big to ignore.

Everton vs Bournemouth

Philip Billing Over 1 Shot

Advised Bet: 1pt @ 13/10 William Hill

Bournemouth remain winless under Andoni Iraola, although the Cherries boss has endured a mighty hard set of opening fixtures. The south coast club have already faced four members of the Big Six, plus Brentford and Brighton, and so an away day at fellow scrappers Everton offers slight relief.

Philip Billing has been enjoying a more advanced position in midfield and the Danish ace has been a persistent threat in front of goal. The rangy 27-year-old has taken at least two shots in six of his first seven Premier League appearances this season, landing the Over 1.5 Shots bounty against the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea.

A trip to Goodison Park should provide an opportunity to follow suit and William Hill are offering a very appealing 13/10 (2.30) for Billing to land Over 1 Shot on Saturday.
