Norway vs Spain - Norway to win

Spain will be looking to keep their hopes of securing top spot in Group A of Euro 2024 qualifying alive when they travel to the Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo to face Norway on Sunday evening.

La Roja got the better of the Lions the last time that they locked horns in the reverse fixture seven months ago, securing a 3-0 win in Malaga.

After failing to win any of their opening three Euro 2024 qualifiers, Norway have since come out on top in each of their last three, with two victories over Cyprus taking place either side of a win against Georgia.

Seeking to qualify for their first European Championships since 2000, Stale Solbakken's side currently sit third in Group A with 10 points from six games, two points behind Sunday's opponents Spain who have a game in hand.

Spain can afford to drop points against Norway as long as they win both of their remaining two qualifiers against the bottom two nations Georgia and Cyprus, but La Roja will be keen to get the job done on Sunday and knock Scotland off their perch at the summit of Group A.

Success on Sunday is not guaranteed, though, as Spain have only won one of their last four Euro qualifiers away from home, including a 1-1 draw in Norway in October 2019.

Turkey vs Lativa - Turkey to win

Following a superb start to life under new management in midweek, Turkey are within touching distance of qualifying for Euro 2024 as they prepare to host Latvia on Sunday.

The two nations meet in Konya after upsetting the odds to claim victory on Thursday, and Vincenzo Montella's side could need just one point to secure their place at next year's finals.

Turkey doggedly held on to a 1-0 lead against Croatia, their lead moved them clear at the top of Group D with 13 points from six matches - three ahead of Croatia, who still have a game in hand.

Having missed out on the last five World Cups and barely made an impact on the Euros since a superb run to the semis in 2008, Montella's team are aiming to put Turkish football back on the map, and the talent at his disposal suggests that could be possible next summer.

Although they start Sunday's game as clear outsiders, Latvia only lost June's reverse fixture in dramatic circumstances, deep into stoppage time.

We fancy an inspired Turkey to win this one and still top Group D.

Wales vs Croatia - Croatia to win

With their hopes of automatic qualification for Euro 2024 hanging by a thread, Wales welcome Group D rivals Croatia to Cardiff City Stadium on Sunday.

While Welsh aims of a top-two finish realistically rely on winning each of their last three matches, their Croatian counterparts remain favourites to book a direct ticket to Germany despite suffering a rare defeat in midweek.

Although an alternative route remains open, a mixed series of results in European Championship qualifying so far has left Wales playing catch-up to Group D front-runners Turkey and Croatia.

With five games played, Rob Page's side sit fourth in the table, level on points with Armenia, and three behind second-placed Croatia.

Both Wales and their next visitors have one game in hand on the other nations in a finely-balanced section, and it will play out before a packed stadium in the Welsh capital on Sunday evening.

Croatia are FIFA's sixth-ranked nation for a reason, so they are unlikely to falter twice in the space of a week. Fired up for the challenge of meeting Wales and putting themselves within a whisker of qualification, they can get revenge for letting two points slip in stoppage time of the reverse fixture.
