Plymouth Argyle vs Leeds – Leeds Win (90 mins)

The first of two FA Cup 4th round replays sees Leeds travel the long way south to play Plymouth Argyle. The two sides are yet to meet at Home Park yet this season, with the first league fixture between these two taking place at Elland Road, which Leeds ran out 2-1 winners.

Argyle haven’t lost since their 2-1 defeat at St Marys in December, and with an away draw against Premier League opposition for the winners of this one, there’s every incentive for the hosts to keep their unbeaten run going.

However, Leeds have won all of their games in 2024 apart from the first game between these two. We think they’ll use that and a spot in the 5th Round as motivation to get the win here without the need of extra time.

Southampton vs Watford – Southampton Win & Over 2.5 Goals (90 mins)

The second FA Cup tie sees Southampton host Watford in their 4th Round replay.

The Saints are on their longest unbeaten run in the history of the club, with their unbeaten streak going back to the end of September. They found a last gasp goal to force the replay, but they also drew their league match at the start of December by the same scoreline as their FA Cup tie; 1-1 at Vicarage Road. They now have a chance to play Liverpool in the next round, should they get past the Hornets.

Watford lost on the weekend to Cardiff as far from ideal preparation for this tie and will have to somehow end the Saint’s fantastic unbeaten run to progress to the 5th Round.

We think in front of their own fans, the Saints will emerge victorious with over 2.5 goals in the game as we in 90 minutes.

Stevenage vs Reading – Stevenage Win (90 mins)

We finish this treble with the last leg from League One, as Stevenage take on Reading.

It’s 6th against 21st as Stevenage will hope this will be a good opportunity to continue their three game unbeaten run. A win here would move them above Barnsley and move them closer to play-off contention as we approach the latter stages of the season.

As for Reading, it is do or die for them. 20th placed Port Vale have two games in hand on them so anything from this one is an imperative. They are unbeaten in their last three games which is definitely against how the rest of the season has gone.

Reading won the reverse fixture against the 10 men of Stevenage, but we think it might be too much for them to do the double over the Stags. A home win to finish off our Tuesday treble.
