Turkey vs Georgia - Turkey to Win

Turkey lost just one of their eight qualifying games, winning Group D and have defeated an impressive German side and drawn with Italy since then.

They have a lot of exciting talent in their team with the likes of Real Madrid's Arda Guler and Inter Milan's Hakan Calhanoglu as well as players from Europe's top leagues such as Dortmund, Roma, Valencia and Juventus.

Georgia head into their first major tournament, qualifying by winning a fourth-tier Nations League division in which they saw off opponents including Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Gibraltar before defeating Luxembourg in the semi-final and Greece in the final to earn a place at this tournament.

They finished fourth in their Euro Qualifying group behind Norway, Scotland and Spain, winning just two games.

I think Turkey will have too much class for this Georgian side who have less experience on one of the World's biggest stage.

Portugal vs Czech Republic - Portugal Half Time/Portugal Full Time

Portugal had a fantastic qualifying campaign, they won 10 out of 10 games and conceded just two goals, scoring 36 in the process.

These two sides met twice in the 2022 United Nations competition which resulted in a 4-0 and 2-0 wins for Portugal.

Portugal have some of the world's best players and are rightfully one of the tournament favourites.

Czech Republic haven't faced an opponent near Portugal's quality since they last played Portugal 17 games ago and lost 4-0.

Portugal will be too good for this side and with their recent defensive record I can't see this Czech side getting through.

Portugal have also scored in the first half in nine of their last ten games, so I expect a fast start.
