Scotland vs Hungary - Barnabas Varga

Hungary face Scotland in what is seen as their easiest match of the group stages. To keep their qualification hopes alive, they need a win here and will rely on their goalscoring machine, BARNABAS VARGA..

Varga netted twice in three minutes during their warm-up game against Israel and scored again in their first group stage game against Switzerland. The Ferencvaros striker has been in top form all season, scoring 20 goals in 17 domestic games. 

With odds of 2/1 for him to score against a Scotland side that has never looked comfortable at the back, this is a bet I strongly support.

Albania vs Spain - Alvaro Morata

I'm quite a fan of ALVARO MORATA when it comes to betting. He’s a consistent outlet for Spain and, playing as a lone striker, he often receives plenty of service throughout their games with Yamal and Nico Williams looking dangerous in the attacking third, and against weaker opposition, they are set to cause damage again on the flanks.

Spain have shown why they deserve to be top contenders on the world stage with another dominant display recently against Italy, making them look poor. Spain accumulated 2.02 expected goals, leaving Italy with just 0.16.

The market expects a flurry of Spain goals, given how short the team goals market is, Morata is likely to feature on the scoresheet. He’s been a consistent scorer for Spain, averaging a goal every two games, and even scored in my first round Oddschecker preview where I tipped him to score.

Morata to score is priced under evens on a couple of books, but we can get him well above evens, making it a perfect pick to end off the treble.

France vs Poland - Kylian Mbappe

The 25-year-old star is arguably the world's best player right now, and it's frightening to think he hasn't even hit his prime years yet. In 78 games for France, he's scored 48 goals, including 9 in the qualifiers, equating to 1.13 goals per 90 minutes. 

France lacked an outlet when he didn't play against the Netherlands, with several of their attacking players missing key chances and failing to capitalise on their 1.43 expected goals.

In his last four seasons at PSG, he's scored 111 goals, so it's no surprise to see bookmakers pricing him as low as 1/2 to score. Oddschecker's price comparison shows some bigger prices closer to evens. One I’m sure will shorten, so we will take the early value on KYLIAN MBAPPE to score against a Poland side with nothing to play for.
