13:40 Curragh
GYTO Notebook Double for Sunday 30th June
Curragh 1.40 Tunbridge Wells (2/1)
There are some nice horses turning up for this and it is usually won by a smart one. TUNBRIDGE WELLS fits the bill after winning impressively over C&D last time. He was obviously sent off at cramped odds but came there strongly and was firmly in control at the line. He has plenty of scope to improve again and he should be even better suited by a stronger gallop so gets my vote.
Henri Matisse is a stablemate to the selection and he looked promising winning on debut so if improving could easily give Aidan O’Brien a 1-2 in this. The Strikin Viking clocked a decent speed figure winning on debut and is respected. Principality won well at Goodwood and that is working out but this is a fair bit tougher.

14:10 Wolverhampton
Wolverhampton 2.10 Warbler (2/1)
This should be a great opportunity for WARBLER to open her account. This Bated Breath filly showed bits and pieces of promise in 3 runs as a 2yo and took a nice step forward to finish runner-up on handicap debut at Kempton last time. She was given quite a lot to do but I thought you could see the penny drop and she ran on well. She will know a lot more this time around and with a first-time tongue strap could easily improve enough to win this.
Bradman is more exposed but he does have a C&D win to his name so should run well back up in trip here. All Greek To Me was a bit disappointing at Yarmouth but it remains early days and cheekpieces might help him focus so he is another one who could get competitive.
14:25 Uttoxeter
Value Tip for Sunday 30th June
Uttoxeter 2.25 Fringill Dike (4/1)
There are three last time out winners in the field and I think they are worth focusing on. The one I’m keen on is FRINGILL DIKE for Jedd O’Keeffe. He has been progressive over fences with form figures of 111F21 and looked back on the up winning impressively at Bangor last month. He already has a C&D win to his name and despite another rise in the weights looks to have found a good opportunity to follow up. He carries top-weight but I want to keep him on side.
Breizh River is on a hat-trick and the horse he beat In This World has won easily since so the form has been franked and he looks the obvious danger. He has gone up 9lb though so that definitely makes life tougher. Al Zaraqaan beat a good yardstick in Pay The Piper last time and is another one to note in a good race.
