Draw & Under 2.5 Goals

Backing a stalemate can be pretty boring for betting purposes, but any game involving England, it looks a good way to get involved.

Under 2.5 goals and a 90-minute draw, has copped in all of England’s last four games, with three 1-1 draws against Denmark, Slovakia and Switzerland, with a 0-0 against Slovenia.

The 1-1 does appeal here and could be included to make this builder an even bigger price, but I wouldn’t discount the chance of a 0-0.

Both England and the Netherlands have been completely underwhelming this tournament, but falling on the correct side of the draw has gave them a cosy route. They have now reached the semi-finals and I’d assume this game will be extremely cagey, with a place in the final at stake.

England have been fairly solid defensively not conceding too many opportunities, but also uninspiring in attack will likely lead to a very tight game and a potential lack of good chances created.

Mainoo Over 0.5 Shots

Since seemingly securing a space in the starting XI, the Manchester United youngster hasn’t looked out of place one bit.

He lacks international experience and also has minimal first team experience at the highest level compared to the others in the squad, only recently breaking through into the Manchester United side, but his ceiling is extremely high.

His elegance and ability on the ball is exceptional for someone of his age, where he is often getting on the half turn looking to turn defence into attack. When England are dominating in games, you’ll find him on that central right hand side, often around the edge of the box where he isn’t shy of shooting.

Mainoo has now made four starts for England in his short career, registering a shot in all of them. Only two of these starts came in the Euros, both of England’s last two games, where he managed two shots against both Switzerland and Slovakia.

Given this data, he looks a generous price to have at least one pop yet again.
