12+ Match Corners

Both teams averaged around 5 corners per match last season, and conceded around the six mark (5.9 per match for Man Utd and 6.11 per match for Fulham). However, both sides are arguably stronger in attack than defence, and with the pace and width of Garnacho, Diallo, Iwobi and Adama Traore on the pitch at the same time, I would expect a fairly end-to-end match which usually means more corners than the average. 

Issa Diop To Commit 2+ Fouls

Diop will start at centre back for Fulham, and will be directly up against the likes of Bruno Fernandes, who won 0.81 fouls per 90 in the league last season, and Marcus Rashford, who won 0.83 fouls per 90. 

Whilst Diop averaged 1.07 fouls per 90 overall, it is worth noting that in his seven away league starts last season, he committed 2 or more fouls in three of them. In his last match of the league season, at home to Manchester City, he committed five fouls as he was sent off.

Rodrigo Muniz To Have 1+ Shots On Target

Despite only starting three league matches for Fulham before February, Rodrigo Muniz was their stat leader last season for both shots with 56 (3.16 per 90) and shots on target with 27 (1.52 per 90). 

The Brazilian is set to lead the line for the Cottagers, and he is certainly not shot shy away from home: in his six away starts last season, he managed 23 shots, with a shot on target in all but one of the matches he played.

Fulham averaged 5.3 shots on target per league match last season, which is actually more than Manchester United who averaged exactly 5. If Fulham do get up the pitch, especially on the counter attack, don’t be surprised to see Muniz having a go from all sorts of distances.
