Below you can find more on each part of Matthew's bet builder for the match.

Jayden Bogle To Be Carded

Jayden Bogle is facing Sheffield United for the first time since jumping ship in the summer. The manner in which the 24-year-old departed Bramall Lane is sure to have left a sour taste in the mouth of those connected with the South Yorkshire side.

In his final three seasons with Sheffield United, Bogle made 64 starts, accumulating 21 yellow cards. In addition to this, two right-backs have already been booked against his former side this campaign.

He has already been booked four times in nine games for Leeds, including in his last two games. Bogle is stronger going forward than he is defensively, so is often caught out of position and forced to make cynical fouls.

He will get a hostile reception from the travelling United fans packed into the corner at Elland Road. Having to play 45 minutes directly in front of them, Bogle could be in for a long night against his former club.

Vinicius Souza To Be Carded

Vinicius Souza was signed last summer from Espanyol but failed to make much impact in his 29 starts. Unlike Bogle, Souza stayed put at Sheffield United this summer and is reaping the rewards.

The Brazilian exudes tenacity, with his defensive metrics amongst the best in the league. He is averaging 2.89 tackles, and 7.34 duels won per 90. Souza’s aggressive approach to football often sees him committing fouls, averaging 2.34 per 90.

In terms of yellow cards, the 25-year-old has been booked in four of his nine starts. After being booked against QPR and Norwich back-to-back, he escaped a yellow against Watford and Hull. He was then booked in back-to-back games again, this time against Derby and Portsmouth. Games against Swansea and Luton saw the Brazilian not booked, so if the trend continues, expect him in the book again on Friday.

10 centre midfielders have been booked against Leeds thus far, including all three in the recent 2-2 draw at Sunderland.

Junior Firpo To Be Carded

After a rocky start to his Leeds career, Junior Firpo has endeared himself to the loving Leeds crowd and is now a firm fan favourite.

The Dominican Republic international epitomises what it means to be a Leeds United player, combining hard work with passion. Fresh off three goals in two games in the international break, Firpo will be brimming with confidence, hoping to make an impact on his return.

The 28-year-old is now in his fourth season with Leeds and has been booked in 26 of his 61 league starts, including three in nine this season. Firpo is averaging 1.61 fouls per 90 this term and is up against the lively Jesurun Rak-Sakyi of Sheffield United.
