Dwight McNeil Over 1.5 Shots

Dwight McNeil is a man in form this season, registering three goals and three assists in eight league starts. The 24-year-old is a key cog in Sean Dyche’s system, playing all bar seven minutes in every game this season. 

Despite recording just one shot in the opening two games, McNeil is now averaging two shots a game, having at least two shots in seven of the last eight games, only failing away at Aston Villa but scoring with his only shot. 

Barring any injuries, McNeil should be guaranteed 90 minutes in a rejuvenated Everton side facing up against a Fulham side conceding 13.38 shots per game. 

Abdoulaye Doucoure Over 1.5 Fouls 

Abdoulaye Doucoure has shown his versatility at Everton. Excelling off the striker last year and scoring seven goals, the 31-year-old struggled early in this season. Sean Dyche has reinvigorated the Malian by moving him to a holding midfield role. 

Since moving to the deeper role in the last four matches, Doucoure’s defensive output has increased, averaging two tackles per game and 2.75 fouls. He has made two or more fouls in the last four. 

Nine centre midfielders have made at least two fouls against Fulham this season. 

Ashley Young Over 1.5 Tackles

At the ripe age of 39, Ashley Young is still a crucial part of the Toffees back line. After getting sent off in the opening day 0-3 loss to Brighton, the writing seemed to be on the wall for the veteran fullback. 

However, since being reinstated for the Aston Villa match, Young has stepped up. In the opener against Brighton, Young made four tackles in 66 minutes. Since then, he has made 3,2,2,0,2,5 tackles and averaged 2.33 per 90. 

Against Fulham, 8/10 right backs have made at least two tackles, with Matty Cash and Kieran Trippier the exceptions, only making one each. 

Over 2.5 Goals

Everton are undergoing somewhat of a renaissance in recent weeks. Sean Dyche’s side started their Premier League campaign with four losses – losing 0-3, 4-0, 2-3, 3-2 to Brighton, Tottenham, Bournemouth and Aston Villa respectively. 

Since the collapse against Aston Villa, The Toffees have won twice and drawn twice, scoring two goals against Crystal Palace and Everton. In the league, 3/4 games at Goodison Park have seen at least three goals. 

While only half of Fulham’s games have seen over 2.5 goals, a match away at a demanding Goodison Park suits their counter-attacking play. 

The Whites rank seventh in the league for xG, averaging 1.58 per game, with Everton conceding 1.66 xGA per game. Everton also average 1.1 xG, with Fulham averaging 1.22 xGA. 

It should be an entertaining, end-to-end game at Goodison Park, in which both sides should go for the jugular.
