Chelsea Win

Villa head to Stamford Bridge in their worst form this season, without a win in seven games, including five defeats. It doesn’t get any easier Sunday against a Chelsea side who sit third in the table and will be looking to leapfrog City into second place.

Three straight defeats on the road for Villa with losses against Liverpool, Brugge and Spurs, theres a good chance Chelsea increase that tally to four on Sunday afternoon.

Jackson Over 0.5 Shots on Target

Jackson has been an unsung hero for this Chelsea side this season, impressing me greatly in all aspects of his play, he really has been the complete forward, exactly what Chelsea have lacked.

The Senegalese forward has netted seven times already this season, whilst managing a shot on target in all of his thirteen appearances this season. Villa have conceded just under 4 shots on target per game this season, anywhere around that figure should see Jackson make it fourteen straight.

Carlos to be shown a card

Not only is he scoring, hes becoming a bit of a handful up top and causing opposing centre backs a lot of issues. Hes quick, strong and links play very well. He finds himself in those left central channels mostly which will be where Diego Carlos is set to start as a right centre back.

Diego Carlos has made a foul in all but one start this season, picking up four bookings in his last nine games. The last fifteen Chelsea games has seen an opposition centre back carded on nine occasions. The Brazilian could make that ten if he continues with his aggressive defensive style.
