Macca has picked out his favourite bet builder for today’s Champions League fixtures.
Macca provides more analysis below on each of the selections from his bet builder.
Lewandowski to score
The Polish forward is nothing short of spectacular. He’s top of the Champions League table for goals scored with nine so far in his seven games.
His league stats have also been tremendous, leading the charts there too with 17 goals in 20 appearances and an xG of 1.03 per 90 minutes.
With talent such as Raphinha and Yamal on either flank (0.55 and 0.50 xA per 90 this season) a near evens price for Lewandowski to score in what looks to be an end to end game seems a very nice value bet.
Raphinha to score
Raphinha has also been having a great season with 12 goals in 21 games in La Liga, an xG of 0.67 per 90 and is also second for most goals scored in the Champions League this year with eight goals in seven games - one behind the man we’ve just backed.
The 28-year-old scored a brace in the 5-4 thriller against Benfica, joining Lewandowski with his brace in that game too. The dynamic duo have both scored in the same game in 4/7 Champions League games.
A 4/1 double is a great price to cheer on for them to achieve that again.
Looking ahead to the weekend, Raphinha is a marginal value bet to score against Alaves. Our AI tool rates him 48.79% likely to score, while the odds reflect a 47.62% chance. La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1 and the Championship are new additions to the Value Bets tool.
