Millwall are priced as heavy underdogs to emerge victorious on derby day. If they are to spring a surprise result, Alex Neil will need his senior players to step up to the plate. George Saville is now playing in his seventh season at the club across three spells and has been a mainstay in midfield this season. 

The 31-year-old only averaged 1.40 fouls per 90 but is full-blooded in the tackle, averaging 0.26 cards per 90 – the most in the Millwall side. In a game where his side will be doing a lot of defending, it won’t be a surprise to see him overstep the mark once more.

At 6’2, Wieffer adds much-needed physicality should Carlos Baleba be rotated. The Dutch international has been booked three times in just 479 Premier League minutes, averaging 2.82 fouls per 90. 

In the Eredivisie last season, he averaged 1.91 fouls per 90, so he may find himself in the book against a Newcastle midfield that has drawn 30 yellow cards from opposition midfielders. 

Kaoru Mitoma Over 1.5 Shots

Kaoru Mitoma is firmly in the conversation for the best left-winger in the league and the Japanese international has increased his output since his rejected move to Saudi Arabia. 

The 27-year-old has scored five in his last eight, having at least two shots in his last four games, averaging 1.84 shots per 90 this season.

The 23-year-old has started just six Premier League games this season, scoring five goals for an average of 0.59 goals per 90. He also scored against Watford and a brace against Wigan in the previous rounds. 

Sasa Lukic To Be Carded

Sasa Lukic is the most carded player in the Premier League, picking up ten in 21 starts. His yellow against Wolves means he is suspended for the next two games, so he should start. The Serbian is averaging 2.53 fouls per 90 and 0.52 yellows per 90.
