17:30 Saturday - Chelsea vs Liverpool

Chelsea vs Liverpool Recent Form

Chelsea's last match saw them triumph 1-0 at home against Benfica in the Champions League, although that was a match in which they had a player sent off for the third time in four matches.

However, their recent Premier League form has been patchy, with a 3-1 defeat at home to Brighton preceding that victory, and before that a 2-1 loss away to Manchester United.

The Blues have conceded at least two goals in their last three Premier League matches.

Liverpool suffered a 1-0 away defeat to Galatasaray in the Champions League in their last game to make it back-to-back losses after being beaten 2-1 by Crystal Palace last weekend.

Chelsea vs Liverpool Match Prediction

This is the standout Premier League fixture in the final round of games before the international break, but both of these big-spenders have plenty to prove.

Chelsea are winless in three and are languishing down in 8th following an underwhelming start to the season.

Liverpool head to Stamford Bridge on the back of losing two consecutive games for the first time under Arne Slot after defeats at Crystal Palace and Galatasaray.

The Reds are still top of the table and have only lost once Premier League game at Stamford Bridge since 2018.

Score Prediction: Chelsea 2-3 Liverpool
