Lucas Nmecha brings a real physical edge to the Leeds forward line. He’s an aggressive, hard-working striker who constantly engages defenders and isn’t shy about asserting himself in duels. He has committed at least one foul in each of his four starts for Leeds this season, including the last three matches where he’s been trusted from the opening whistle, recording 2, 2 and 1 fouls against Manchester City, Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest respectively.
Chelsea’s build-up style under Enzo Maresca also tends to draw pressure from opposition strikers. In fact, a centre-forward has committed a foul against them in nine straight Premier League and Champions League fixtures. With Leeds desperate for points in their fight to escape the relegation zone, Nmecha is likely to press with real intensity once again, making another foul a strong possibility.

Sticking with the same player but in a different market, I’m backing Nmecha to register a shot as well. Since Daniel Farke handed him the responsibility of leading the line, he has scored in each of his last three Leeds appearances, producing three attempts against Manchester City, two against Aston Villa and one against Nottingham Forest. He has managed at least one effort on goal in all four of his starts for the club, and with Chelsea arriving on shorter rest and missing their key defensive midfielder Moises Caicedo, Leeds should generate enough opportunities for Nmecha to get a shot away once more.
3rd Selection: Over 1 Goals
Recent meetings between these fierce rivals have produced plenty of goalmouth action, with at least three goals scored in four of their last five clashes. Their most recent encounter came in last season’s FA Cup, where Chelsea edged a 3–2 thriller. Leeds have seen two or more goals in each of their last nine matches, while Chelsea have witnessed the same in 10 of their previous 11 across all competitions.
