1st Selection: Joao Pedro 2+ Fouls Won
Joao Pedro has a history with Jan Paul van Hecke following an altercation during their time at Brighton, and the derby element should add extra edge to this matchup. He consistently drops into midfield, receives the ball with his back to goal and looks to turn, drawing challenges in the process. Averaging 2.17 fouls won per 90 minutes this season, he also won two fouls the last time he faced Tottenham last season, making this an appealing angle.
2nd Selection: Jan Paul Van Hecke 1+ Fouls Committed
Van Hecke will have his hands full dealing with the likes of Joao Pedro and Cole Palmer, both capable of drawing challenges in dangerous areas. He is an aggressive defender who doesn't shy away from a tackle, committing a foul in 7/8 starts and in all 7/7 appearances where he has played 65+ minutes. With two bookings in his last three games, the intensity of his first London derby against Chelsea could provide further opportunities for him to give away a foul.
