Take a gander at this continental 6/1 four-fold!
Nimes v Dijon - 18:00
I’ll begin by backing mid-table Nimes to beat struggling Dijon.
The visitors have just two points from their last nine away games in Ligue 1 – failing to score in their last four – which presents Nimes with a great chance of claiming the points.
Nimes have three home wins in their last six, which is a fairly modest record, but considering Dijon’s travel woes, 9/10 is a great price for Les Crocodiles to do the business.
Augsburg v Bayern Munich - 19:30
Bayern are in good domestic form, and I’m expecting them to beat lowly Augsburg with a -1 handicap.
Niko Kovač’s side have won eight out of their last nine Bundesliga encounters, triumphing in three of their last four on the road by two goals or more; this run includes convincing victories over Eintracht Frankfurt and Hoffenheim - two of the league’s stronger outfits.
Augsburg have lost eight of their last 11, most recently a 4-0 hammering at the hands of Werder Bremen.
It’s hard to see this one not landing.
Standard Liege v Lokeren - 19:30
I’ve thrown in an absolute banker next: Standard Liege to beat Jupiler Pro League basement boys Lokeren.
Liege, who are sitting fourth, have been imperious at home lately, winning their last five matches and scoring 14 goals.
There’s little hope for Lokeren here, who have just two away points all season.
Lyon v Guingamp - 19:45
No, you haven’t read this acca before, I’m just backing Lyon to beat Guingamp again.
Lyon won this fixture in the Coupe de France last Thursday, and I’m expecting them to repeat he job in Ligue 1 – this time with a -1 handicap.
Bruno Génésio’s men beat PSG in their last home game, and even though they’ve won only three of their last five at Parc Olympique, Guingamp (who remain bottom) have lost four of their last five on the road, most recently a 9-0 defeat against PSG.
