OB v Vejle - Danish Superliga - 13:00

We start in Denmark, where I have OB to beat second-bottom Vejle at home.

Though OB have lost three in-a-row in the Danish Superliga (two of those away at FC Copenhagen and Midtjylland – by far the best sides in the country), I don’t see them having too much trouble on Sunday.

Vejle have lost seven of their last 10 league matches – including their last five on the road (conceding 13) – making this the perfect opportunity for OB to return to winning ways.

OB - 1pt @ 4/6

Young Boys v FC Zurich - Swiss Super League - 15:00

Swiss Super League runaway leaders Young Boys should have no problems dispatching FC Zurich at Stade de Suisse. The hosts have won nine of their 10 home games this season, and are very much the dominant side in Switzerland: sitting 19 points above second place Basel.

Young Boys have already demolished Zurich 4-0 this season, and considering the visitors have lost three of their last five on the road, a home win is surely a formality.

Young Boys - 1pt @ 8/15

Moreirense v Tondela - Portuguese Primeira Liga - 15:00

Over in Portugal, I’m backing fifth place Moreirense to overcome relegation-battling Tondela.

The hosts’ form at home has generally been very strong: six wins from eight - including an excellent draw with Porto last time out (the visitors equalised in stoppage-time) – is evidence enough for me to back their chances against Tondela.

The visitors are generally poor on the road, losing five of their last nine, and have incredibly picked up 10 red cards this season – a factor which may well come into play here.

Moreirense’s strength at home should be enough for victory.

Moreirense - 1pt @ 13/15

Valencia v Espanyol - La Liga - 15:15

Valencia are my pick to beat Espanyol on Sunday.

Marcelino’s men are rapidly improving, and with just one defeat in their last 10, they’ll be confident of overcoming an Espanyol outfit with five away defeats from their last six.

Mestalla is clearly not a place Periquitos enjoy visiting, considering Valencia have won 10 of their last 11 home matches against Espanyol in all competitions.

Valencia - 1pt @ 4/5

Aris Salonica v Panionios

Finally, in Greece, I’m expecting Aris Salonica to claim the points against Panionios.

The hosts come into this on a three-match winning streak, while Panionios have tasted defeat in five of their last seven.

The better news is that Panionios have just one point from their last five away games, so it’s a result I’m particularly confident about.
