I’m backing Olympiakos to beat OFI Crete with a -1 handicap in our super early kick-off.
Five of the hosts’ nine home wins have been by two goals or more, and considering OFI are second-bottom of the Greek Super League (on the back of three straight away defeats), this should be a banker.
Slavia Prague v Slovacko - 17:00
Next up, I have Slavia Prague to beat Slovacko.
Slavia lead the Czech first division, and while their nine home wins out of 10 tempted me to back a -1 handicap, mid-table Slovacko have won three in-a-row, so a straight Slavia win will do nicely here.
FC Copenhagen v Vendsyssel - 18:00
Another -1 handicap victory next, this time in favour of FC. Copenhagen.
The hosts sit on top of the Danish Superliga, while Vendsyssel lie second-bottom. Copenhagen have also won their last nine at home – with seven of these victories being by two goals or more.
This one shouldn’t cause too many problems.
Benfica v Chaves - 21:15
Finally, I have Benfica to beat Chaves with a -1 handicap.
Benfica have been imperious at home lately – winning seven of their last eight, scoring 33 in the process.
Chaves sit in the relegation zone, and with just three goals in their last eight on the road, tonight should be all about Benfica.
