Cukaricki v FK Napredak - Serbian SuperLiga - 15:00

Yep, it’s that sort of evening. With the Champions League very much the focal point on Wednesday, we don’t have too much other football to choose from, but there’s still value if you look hard enough.

In the Serbian SuperLiga, I’m expecting fourth-place Cukaricki to comfortably beat Napredak. The hosts have won six of their last eight at home, and will fancy their chances against a Napredak side who have suffered three heavy away defeats on the spin.

Cukaricki - 1pt @ 4/11

Arsenal Tula v FC Orenburg - Russian Cup - 16:00

In the Russian Cup, I’m backing Arsenal Tula to beat Orenburg – at a massive price. Tula won the first-leg 4-2, and are 16/9 to do so again.

Orenburg have lost four of their last five matches, while Tula have comfortably won their last three home games (two of which coming against CSKA and Zenit).

This should be a home win.

Arsenal Tula - 1pt @ 16/9

Luzern v Young Boys - Swiss Cup - 17:00

Young Boys are by far the strongest side in Switzerland, and I’m backing them to dump Luzern out of the Swiss Cup.

The hosts have lost three of their last five matches, and have their work cut out against a side who have essentially wrapped up the Swiss Super League already. Young Boys have won on their last three trips to Luzern, and they should do so again.

Young Boys - 1pt @ 3/5

Vitre v Nantes - Coupe de France - 17:30

Finally, I’m expecting Nantes to beat Vitre in the quarter-finals of the Coupe de France.

It’s been a fairy-tale journey for Vitre, who ply their trade in the French fourth-tier, but it’s looking like that journey will end against the relative might of Ligue 1 outfit Nantes.

The visitors do have a terrible away record in Ligue 1 – perhaps contributing to the price being a tad longer than it should be – but the gulf in class will surely be telling here.
