It's a three-league treble for this Saturday's 8/1 shot!
Reading v Wigan
Reading are 17/10 to beat Wigan at home, which I think is a really nice price. The Latics have lost 13 of their 17 away games this season, and while they lie three points above Reading in the table, I can’t see past a home win.
Jose Gomes has done a pretty good job as Reading boss; his side have lost just once in their last seven, and with two wins from their last four, they’ll feel confident of beating Wigan and leapfrogging them in the table.
Barnsley v Accrington
Accrington have just one away win in 10 (losing six), and I give them little chance at Oakwell on Saturday, where high-flying Barnsley are yet to lose this season.
Furthermore, the visitors have failed to score in six of their last eight away games, which bodes well considering the Tykes have four clean sheets from their last seven at home.
I’m expecting a comfortable home win.
Port Vale v Mansfield
Port Vale have lost their last six home games – scoring just twice in the process – which is why I’m backing a Mansfield win.
The Stags are right in the thick of a promotion battle, and will surely be too strong for a really, really poor Valiants side.
One away win in five for Mansfield has seen the price for this drift as long as 13/10, which is cracking for a clash between 22nd and 3rd.
