FC Koln v Hamburg - 2. Bundesliga - 19:30

We have a clash between the 2. Bundesliga’s frontrunners to kick things off, where I’m backing leaders Koln to take a giant step towards promotion at the expense of Hamburg.

The hosts have won seven of their last eight at home—scoring at least three times in all-but-one—and they are simply too strong for this division.

Hamburg have one point from their last three matches, and this untimely loss of form has seen them start looking nervously over their shoulders.

Koln are the best side in the division by a fair distance, and I see them registering a crucial victory over their promotion rivals.

Koln - 1pt @ 7/10

Atalanta v Empoli - Serie A - 19:30

Next, I’m backing Atalanta to beat Empoli in Serie A.

Champions League football is a real possibility for the home side, who will draw level with fourth-place Milan should they beat Empoli on Monday – which I believe they will, particularly considering they’re unbeaten in six (winning four).

Empoli currently reside in the relegation zone, and while their home form is fairly strong, four away points all season doesn’t suggest they’ll have much luck at Azzurri d'Italia.

Atalanta - 1pt @ 4/11

Watford v Arsenal - Premier League - 20:00

For my money, Arsenal’s away form will prevent them from sneaking into the top four come the end of the season.

One away win in their last nine on the road—with four losses from their last six—is fairly pitiful, and I’m backing them to succumb to yet another defeat at the hands of an excellent Watford side.

Javi Gracia’s men have won their last three at Vicarage Road, and are an excellent price to extend that winning run against an Arsenal outfit yet to keep a clean sheet on the road.
