Derby v QPR

QPR are abysmal, and I have little doubt Derby will beat them at Pride Park.

The Hoops have just two points from their last eight away games, and for my money, don’t stand much of a chance against a Derby side fresh from hammering Bolton and Rotherham on home soil.

Frank Lampard’s men should be shorter than 8/11.

Derby - 1pt @ 8/11

Rotherham v Birmingham

I’ve gone for some big value next: Rotherham to beat Birmingham at home.

Paul Warne’s boys aren’t going down without a fight, and two wins from their last four at home will give Millers fans plenty of encouragement.

It’s been tough going for Birmingham away from home lately – earning just one point from their last four (against relegated Ipswich).

Rotherham have every chance of winning this, making 9/5 a really solid price.

Rotherham - 1pt @ 48/25

Charlton v Scunthorpe

Scunthorpe are in deep, deep relegation bother, and I’m backing Charlton to heap yet more misery on them at The Valley.

Just a single point from their last six on the road is no small factor Scunny’s plight, which is why The Addicks—who are on the back of four consecutive home wins—should make short work of them.

Charlton - 1pt @ 79/100

MK Dons v Port Vale

Incredibly, Port Vale have the best away defence in League Two—despite sitting 19th—but I’m still backing them to lose at MK Dons on Monday.

The hosts are embroiled in a titanic four-way automatic promotion race, and while eight wins from their last 12 is certainly not world-beating, the allure of glory might just push the Dons to victory.
