Tuesday's 7/1 treble visits England, Sweden and Poland!
Hammarby v Ostersund - Swedish Allsvenskan - 18:00
In-form Hammarby have won their last three Swedish top-tier matches, and I expect them to overcome an Ostersunds side with just one victory in their four away games.
The hosts secured a very credible fourth place in the Allsvenskan last season, and have started this campaign nicely, sitting in fourth once again – with 10 points from their first four home games.
Zaglebie Sosnowiec v Korona Kielce - Polish Ekstraklasa - 19:30
I’ve identified a fixture in Poland which presents good value: Zaglebie Sosnowiec to beat Korona Kielce – priced at 2/1.
This is a Polish Ekstraklasa Relegation Group fixture; Zaglebie sit bottom of the group, level on points with Korona, but they have a fairly solid home record, which is why I like 2/1.
Zaglebie have four wins from their last seven at home—which is impressive considering what a poor side they are—while the visitors have lost their last four away games on the spin.
Perhaps more encouragingly, Zaglebie beat Korona 4-1 at home back in March, which is why I like this price a lot.
West Brom v Aston Villa - Championship Play-Off - 20:00
Aston Villa and West Brom’s play-off first-leg at Villa Park on Saturday was a fascinating, full-blooded contest – and I’m expecting their second-leg at The Hawthorns to reach similar levels of intensity.
83% of West Brom’s home games have seen both teams score, and with five straight wins at The Hawthorns heading into this, The Baggies will surely breach Jed Steer’s defences at some stage, despite Dwight Gayle’s absence.
That said, only Swansea, Wigan and Millwall have failed to score against West Brom at home this season, and it’s seems highly implausible Villa will find themselves on this list come full-time.
I expect both teams to score.
