Kalmar FF have lost their last four matches, and a run of eight games with just two goals to show for it means I’ve not hesitated in backing Elfsborg at 13/10.

Though the hosts are winless in seven, their home form reads three wins, four draws and no defeats; they’ve not been great recently, but are nevertheless good value to beat this horrific Kalmar outfit.

Helsingborg v Orebro - Swedish Allsvenskan - 18:00

With two wins from their last four, Helsingborg are my tip to beat Oerebro at home, particularly because the one defeat in that time came against a fantastic AIK team on the road.

Oerebro have lost four of their last six, and though the sides are fairly evenly-matched, home advantage will be the clincher in my eyes.
