Unterhaching v Chemnitz - 3. Liga - 18:00

I have four picks on Monday spanning four different countries, the first of which coming in Germany.

I’ve delved into the third-tier for this selection, where I expect high-flying Unterhaching to beat lowly Chemnitzer.

The visitors have just three points from their opening seven matches, which has seen them slump to second-bottom of the division.

It’s the opposite story for Unterhaching, who have won three of their last four matches, and sit happily in fourth place.

It’s very early days in the division, but there’s enough evidence to suggest this’ll be a comfortable home victory.

Unterhaching - 1pt @ 8/13

Djurgaarden v Helsingborg - Swedish Allsvenskan - 18:00

In Sweden, I’m backing top togs Djurgaarden to beat a hopeless Helsingborg side with a -1 handicap.

The away side have lost five of their last seven matches, and won’t be able to cope with the might of Djurgaarden, who have won 11 of their last 14 in the league – eight by a margin of two goals or more.

Djurgaarden -1 - 1pt @ 10/11

Rostov v Terek Grozny - Russian Premier League - 18:30

Rostov are joint-top of the Russian Premier League after an explosive start to the season, and I expect them to get the better of Grozny on Monday.

The hosts won this fixture last season, and with 10 points from their first four home matches suggests Rostov Arena will be a tough place to travel to this season.

Grozny are yet to score on the road this season (against tough opposition, in fairness), and with Rostov coming into this on the back of a brilliant away win at Lokomotiv Moscow, they’ll be confident of putting their opponents away.

Rostov - 1pt @ 3/4

Torino v Lecce - Serie A - 19:45

Finally, I’m confident Torino will dispatch Lecce in Serie A.

The newly-promoted visitors have lost their opening two matches, while Torino have two wins from two – including a brilliant 3-2 away win against a strong Atalanta side.

Torino’s class will shine through in this one.
