Friday's 13/1 four-fold visits all corners of Europe!
Akhmat Grozny v Lokomotiv Moscow - Russian Premier League - 17:30
Friday’s acca is an interesting one. Kicking-off in Russia, I’m expecting Lokomotiv Moscow to beat Akhmat Grozny away from home.
The visitors are top of the table while Akhmat are third-bottom, and the disparity of quality will be telling. Lokomotiv have won seven of their last nine (while taking 13 points from their last 15 available on the road), which stands them in good stead against the home side who have won just three of their last 12.
Lokomotiv won this fixture 3-1 last year, and they’re a good price to repeat the trick on Friday.
BW Linz v Floridsdorfer AC - Austrian Second Division - 18:10
In the Austrian second division, there is big value, despite the obscurity: I have BW Linz beating Floridsdorfer AC at home.
The hosts are 4th in the division, 10 places above their visitors, and they’d fancy getting the job done. Linz have won two of their last three at home, while Floridsdorfer have lost their last three league games – conceding nine in the process.
Cambuur v Top Oss - Dutch Ereste Divisie - 19:00
Moving over to the Dutch second-tier, I’d suggest backing Cambuur to beat TOP Oss with a -1 handicap.
Cambuur, who have won six of their last seven games (including all four at home), sit top of the Ereste Divisie, and they’ll be eyeing up a big win against struggling TOP Oss.
The leaders have scored 17 goals in their four at home, while keeping a couple of clean sheets; as for the visitors, they’ve lost three of their four on the road, including a 4-0 hammering at Den Bosch last time out.
Tranmere v Southend - League One - 19:45
Tranmere to beat Southend at home is massive value.
Mickey Mellon’s men secured a brilliant smash-and-grab win against Coventry last time out, and they’ve now won three of their last five matches in all competitions – which is a pretty healthy return.
It’s not looking quite so promising for Southend, who have now lost 10 of their 12 league matches. Yikes.
Tranmere, at this price, well worth backing.
