Tuck into the Boxing Day action with this 4/1 Premier League treble!
Everton v Burnley
Everton are unbeaten since Marco Silva’s sacking—despite facing Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal—and I believe they beat inconsistent Burnley on Boxing Day.
The Clarets have lost three of their last five on the road, with some strange results: book-ending their 3-0 win at Watford with hammerings at Bramall Lane and the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
It’s Carlo Ancelotti’s first game in charge of Everton, there will be an eagerness to impress, and I believe they do the job.
Both teams to score in Aston Villa v Norwich looks a good option.
67% of Villa’s games this season have seen both teams score (only four sides have a higher rate), and their inability to keep clean sheets should be of great interest to Daniel Farke.
The good news for Norwich is they’ve started scoring on the road; after firing blanks in five of their first six away games, they’ve scored in their last three, and I can see them extending this run.
However, only West Ham have prevented Villa from scoring at home this campaign, so although this may not be a goalfest, I’d expect both sides to have some semblance of joy in the final third.
Sheffield Utd v Watford
Finally, I have under 2.5 goals in Sheffield United v Watford.
The stats speak for themselves here: just 22% of Watford’s away games this season have seen over 2.5 goals, while 33% of United’s clashes at Bramall Lane have seen the same outcome.
Watford are the lowest scorers in the division (11), while only Leicester and Liverpool have conceded fewer than The Blades’ 16.
