Gillingham v AFC Wimbledon - League One
Gillingham are currently on the longest unbeaten run in the EFL, and with six wins from their last eight games at home is a very strong recent record.
As for Wimbledon, only Bolton have a weaker away record in the league, and considering they’ve lost 12 of their 16 on the road, you have to fancy this unerringly consistent Gills outfit to claim the points.
Port Vale v Scunthorpe - League Two
Finally, I think Port Vale are a great price to beat Scunthorpe at home in League Two.
Scunny have lost three of their last five away games—conceding eight in their last three—and they’re playing Port Vale at the very worst time.
Vale have won four of their last six (drawing the other two), and just one home defeat all season shows how strong they are at Vale Park, and I simply cannot see why the hosts are as long as 13/10, so I’ll happily have a piece of that.
