It’s a busy night of EFL action, and we’ve put together a tasty late-night accumulator across today's EFL games.
Tuesday night brings a strong EFL card across the Championship and League One, and we’ve pulled together a five-fold acca priced at a tempting 35/1.
Portsmouth v Ipswich Town
Leg 1: Ipswich Win @ 1/1
This is the headline game of the night. Portsmouth are scrapping for Championship survival, while Ipswich Town are pushing hard for a return to the Premier League. That contrast in pressure and ambition really shapes how this one looks.
Ipswich arrive in excellent form, sitting near the top end of the table and going unbeaten in nine. They have been one of the more consistent attacking sides in the division, and the gap in overall output compared to Portsmouth is pretty clear when you look at the points and performances across the season.
Portsmouth, on the other hand, are running out of time. They have struggled badly in midweek games, winless in their last nine and often lacking a cutting edge in front of goal. Four blanks in their last five under the lights is a concern, especially in a must win situation at home.
Ipswich already beat them in the reverse fixture and have a chance to complete the double for the first time in over a decade. Given their form, structure, and confidence right now, they look well placed to handle the pressure and come away with another important result.
Huddersfield v Cardiff City
Leg 2: Both Teams to Score - Yes @ 4/6
This is a clash that has goals written all over it. Huddersfield Town and Cardiff City both have plenty still on the line, and neither defence has looked particularly reliable in recent weeks.
Cardiff boosted their promotion push with a key win over Bolton, scoring twice in quick succession through Omari Kellyman and Chris Willock. They remain firmly in the automatic promotion picture, but their away form has been less convincing, ranking as one of the weaker travelling sides in the division despite their strong overall season.
Huddersfield, meanwhile, are far from passive at home. They are unbeaten in ten at the John Smith’s Stadium and coming off a wild 3-3 draw with Wycombe, where late goals again defined the game. They have also seen both teams score in all five of their last five matches, underlining just how open their games have become.
The numbers back it up too. Huddersfield have scored and conceded in six of their last seven home games, while Cardiff’s attack has been one of their main strengths this season with 76 goals overall. With both sides aggressive and vulnerable in different phases, chances should come at both ends.
Bolton Wanderers v Stevenage
Leg 3: Both Teams to Score - Yes @ 10/11
Bolton Wanderers sit inside the playoff places but come into this off the back of a disappointing 2-0 defeat to Cardiff, a game where even their own manager admitted they lacked belief. Despite that, their home record remains strong, with just one defeat at the Toughsheet Community Stadium all season, which shows how different they can be in front of their own fans.
Stevenage arrive in very good form, winning four of their last five and still pushing hard for a playoff spot. They are in a position where they realistically need goals to keep momentum in their promotion chase, especially with teams around them still within reach in the table.
The key angle here is how both teams approach it. Bolton usually start games well in this fixture and have often scored first in recent head-to-head meetings, while Stevenage carry enough attacking threat to ask questions of a defence that has not kept a clean sheet in four games.
Even the recent trends point towards goals, with BTTS landing in two of the last three meetings. In a high-pressure game with both sides still chasing something, it feels like neither defence is likely to dominate.

Leyton Orient v Mansfield Town
Leg 4: Both Teams to Score — Yes @ 8/11
This is a relegation six-pointer with real pressure on both sides, where margins are thin and mistakes tend to get punished.
Leyton Orient sit just above the drop zone in 19th, only a few points clear with the season running out fast. Their recent form has dragged them back into danger, with four defeats in their last six and a damaging loss to Lincoln at the weekend adding to the nerves.
Mansfield Town know exactly what is at stake too. A win here would take them clear of Orient and give them real breathing room, but they come into this without a win in their last two, which keeps things very finely balanced.
Both teams have reasons to push rather than sit back. Orient have goal threat through Dominic Ballard, who has been central to their season, while Mansfield will feel they need to score given the table situation and how open this fixture has been historically.
The head-to-head trends also lean heavily towards goals. Mansfield have not kept a clean sheet in the last five meetings, while Orient have dominated that matchup recently, scoring freely across those games. Over 2.5 goals has landed in four of the last five, and BTTS has hit in three of the last four.
In a game with survival on the line, it feels more like a tense but open contest rather than a cagey one, and both teams getting on the scoresheet looks the most natural angle.
Southampton v Blackburn Rovers
Leg 5: Southampton Win & Both Teams to Score @ 12/5
Southampton come in on a serious run, while Blackburn Rovers have been solid enough recently to suggest they can contribute going forward, even if they are second best overall.
Southampton’s momentum is hard to ignore. Their comeback win over Derby extended an unbeaten run to 17 games in all competitions, and since the managerial change they have been one of the most productive attacking sides in the Championship. At St Mary’s they have also been strong defensively, but not completely airtight, which is important for this angle.
Blackburn arrive in decent form themselves, unbeaten in five and showing real resilience in recent weeks. They have also been competitive away from home all season and are not a side that tends to sit back and absorb pressure for long periods.
That balance is what makes BTTS appealing here. Southampton are likely to control large parts of the game, but Blackburn’s recent attacking output and ability to nick goals on the road keeps them in the picture.
The Best odds for the above Acca is 35/1 at Betfred. As low as 30/1 at Paddy Power and SpreadEx.
