The season is heating up with promotion and relegation still to be decided in the EFL. With that in mind, Matthew O’Regan has an 11/1 four-fold.
Swansea vs Southampton
Leg 1: Southampton Win
Best odds of 17/20 at Ladbrokes while publishing.
Swansea head into this fixture with little on the line, sitting comfortably in 14th place and effectively playing out the remainder of the season.
In stark contrast, Southampton arrive in blistering form, unbeaten in 18 matches, winning 15 of those and riding a seven-game winning streak that includes an eye-catching victory over Premier League leaders Arsenal. The Saints have scored an impressive 37 goals in their last 16 games and look increasingly difficult to stop as they close in on what would be a remarkable automatic promotion. With Ipswich and Middlesbrough both in action on Sunday, a win here would allow Southampton to apply real pressure to their fellow promotion contenders.
AFC Wimbledon vs Plymouth
Leg 2: Plymouth Win
Best odds of 22/25 at BetMGM UK while publishing.
AFC Wimbledon’s season is threatening to unravel, with the Dons now eight games without a win, losing seven of those and failing to score in five straight matches. That dreadful run has dragged Johnnie Jackson’s side to within just three points of the relegation zone, and their struggles are compounded by the fact they possess the fourth-worst home record in the division.
Plymouth, meanwhile, have undergone a dramatic turnaround. Earlier in the campaign they were mired in relegation trouble, with sections of the fanbase calling for Tom Cleverley’s dismissal. However, over the last 25 games only runaway leaders Lincoln have accumulated more points than Argyle, who now sit just four points outside the playoff places. Against an out-of-form Wimbledon side low on confidence, Plymouth will sense a major opportunity- especially given they are the third best travellers in the league.
Leyton Orient vs Rotherham
Leg 3: Leyton Orient Win
Best odds of 68/100 at 10bet while publishing.
Leyton Orient remain locked in a tense relegation battle, sitting just four points clear of Exeter in the final drop spot, with Burton, Blackpool and Wimbledon all lurking close behind. With mammoth fixtures still to come, particularly against Burton and Blackpool, this is a game Orient simply have to win.
Rotherham’s fate was sealed last time out with an away defeat to Wigan confirming their relegation, making them the first side to drop out of League One this season. Since Lee Clark took charge, the Millers have collected just one point from five matches, scoring only once – a stoppage-time consolation penalty against Barnsley. Clark has publicly criticised his squad’s mentality, even revealing some players called in sick ahead of the Wigan defeat. Unsurprisingly, Rotherham also boast the worst away record in the league, with just 13 goals scored and 16 defeats from 21 trips, making this a golden opportunity for Orient to pull nearer to safety,

Notts County vs Barnet
Leg 4: Over 2.5 Goals
Best odds of 1/1 at bet365 while publishing.
This matchup has all the ingredients for goals. Barnet rank highly across numerous attacking metrics and finally appear to be converting that data into results, following a 2–2 draw followed by back-to-back wins of 5–2 and 3–2. With an outside chance of reaching the playoffs, the Bees have no option but to play aggressively.
Notts County’s possession-heavy approach, combined with their league-low percentage of forward passes, should allow Barnet to exploit space on the counter. The numbers strongly support a high-scoring affair, with eight of Notts County’s last nine matches finishing over 2.5 goals, the only exception a 2–0 win against an underwhelming Harrogate side. Although the Magpies have all but secured a playoff spot, they remain in the hunt for automatic promotion and will push for victory, which should result in an open, end-to-end contest.
The best odds for above Four-Fold is 10/1 at Unibet while publishing.
