Yeovil v Luton - Saturday 15:00

Luton missed out on a trip to Wembley on Wednesday night, Marvin Johnson bagging a late winner for Oxford in the Checkatrade Trophy semi-final at Kenilworth Road after the Hatters had fought back from 2-0 down to level matters. Given the remarks of Nathan Jones afterwards, there’s likely to be some sort of hangover at Huish Park with such a quick turnaround.

A visibly emotional Jones said: "I feel like my heart’s been ripped out if I’m honest. It was heartbreaking coming back to 2-2. We had made some real positive substitutions, so we were having to readjust again and then to concede in the manner we did so quickly after, I feel like my heart’s been ripped out, I really do. I’m gutted, absolutely distraught."

However, it’s debatable whether Yeovil have enough about them to punish an under-par Luton side on recent evidence. The Glovers have only won one of their last 15 league matches and Darren Way has gone back to basics in a bid to arrest the slump, approaching the last two games ultra-cautiously and playing out successive goalless draws with Notts County and Mansfield.

On that basis, you’d have to say the 11/4 on the home side to keep a clean sheet is a much more attractive proposition than the best-priced 11/5 they are to win the game. Given what Luton have been through this week and their position in the table, they would probably be quite happy with a point here. Back no goalscorer at 9/1.
