Leicester v Liverpool – Monday 20:00, Sky Sports 1

Leicester have lost five on the bounce as they continue to slide towards the relegation zone, and have trailed at the break in four of these. They’ve conceded 12 goals across these games, whilst at the other end they’ve failed to score in six, though they did net in Sevilla mid-week. The Foxes have been dreadful on the road and now their home form has started to stutter. Leicester only lost once at the King Power Stadium last season, but this term it has been no fortress as they’re currently W4-D2-L4, with three of those defeats coming in their last four.

Liverpool returned to winning ways as they got their first victory in six hosting Spurs. However, they’re winless in three on the road, including a defeat at Hull and a draw at Sunderland, while they’ve also lost at Bournemouth and Burnley this term. Even with Leicester’s recent poor run, the Reds look incredibly short at 1.62 and it’s a price we suggest you avoid.

12 of the Liverpool’s 18 matches against sides outside the top-six this season have featured more than three goals, with nine having at least four. Eight of the Foxes’ 12 home matches have had three or more strikes and with two suspicious defences this could be a relatively high-scoring game. Although Leicester have struggled for goals of late they demonstrated earlier in the season how dangerous they can be on the counter-attack when netting four against Man City, so we’re backing Over3.5 Goals.
