West Brom v Liverpool – Sunday 13:30, Sky Sports 1

West Brom have hit a rough patch in recent weeks, and their sole victory in their last six looks more and more like a case of Arsenal playing badly than the Baggies playing well. They’ve lost four times in this run, failing to score in five, and it would require a resilient performance to keep Liverpool at bay at the moment.

Jurgen Klopp’s team have played well recently, and following their latest victory over Stoke they’ve now won four of six unbeaten games, including wins over Arsenal and Everton, with one of the draws away at Man City and the other a home tie with Bournemouth, in which they were just minutes from claiming all three points. However, they’ve only won once in their last six on the road, a stretch that has included a draw at Sunderland and a defeat to Hull, so they shouldn’t have it easy at the Hawthorns.

The Baggies have struggled when facing the teams above them in the table this term, holding a W1-D2-L8 record against these sides, while they’ve failed to score in seven of their last eight such games. The exception was of course Arsenal, and Liverpool are the only side in the top seven to concede more than the Gunners this term, while both teams have score in each of Liverpool’s last seven. We’re backing Liverpool/both teams to score on current form, which would be a repeat of the reverse fixture earlier this campaign.
