Swansea v Manchester Utd - Saturday 12.30

Swansea won only two of their opening 11 home games last term but improved markedly once Paul Clement took over as they won six of their last eight at the Liberty Stadium. However, only one of those was against a top-six side and they lost that 3-1 against Spurs. They were very much second best in their bore draw at Southampton on the opening weekend and so we expect them to struggle here against Utd, who look solid additions to any weekend acca.

Man Utd - 1pt @ 2/5

The Red Devils were W10-D1-L1 last term when travelling to sides outside the top-eight, keeping a clean sheet in six of these victories and leading at the break in eight. They were mightily impressive in victory over West Ham on the opening day and whilst we wouldn’t put anyone off the Half Time/Full Time Double, the win to nil is the option we prefer at the same price. Swansea looked toothless against Southampton without Sigurdsson and Llorente (who remains a major doubt) and we don’t expect them to challenge the Utd defence.

Man Utd To Win To Nil - 1pt @ 21/20

Indeed, since Swansea conceded at least three times when both Manchester clubs and both North London clubs visited last term, we fancy Utd to record another comfortable. While all eyes will be on Lukaku after his brace on debut, it was Mkhitaryan who impressed us with a couple of assists and we think he’ll start to add goals sooner rather than later. He scored in six Europa League games last term and five of those were the opening goal, so we’re backing him to be first goalscorer.

Mkhitaryan First Goalscorer - 1pt @ 5/1
