Barring a miraculous recovery, Norwich City are down.

Daniel Farke’s men are now six points from safety, and with the added disappointment of an extra-time FA Cup defeat against Manchester United also doubtless stinging for the Canaries, this season is soon to be over.

Of course, their game against Arsenal is far from a foregone conclusion. The Gunners have somewhat got their act together after their debacle against Brighton—winning against Southampton and Sheffield United in the FA Cup—but you know they’re never too far away from another really poor result.

However, whilst this may defy logic in some quarters, I’m backing Arsenal to win to nil at 6/4.

The Gunners, to their credit, defended well against a Southampton side who possess one of the best strikers in the division, and they should be expecting to shut out a Norwich side who’ve been beaten-to-nil by Southampton and Everton post-restart.

Despite having the façade of this plucky, free-scoring side who are let down by their defence, Norwich are still the lowest scorers in the league—netting just 25 times all campaign—and after such a crushing defeat in the cup, confidence will be at a real low.

I’m confident Arsenal win this game, so 6/4 for them to essentially keep a clean sheet against the bottom side, and lowest scorers, seems a fair price.
