Sheffield United’s incredible win at Old Trafford has given them a fighting chance of Premier League survival, but I’m still backing them to lose with under 3.5 goals scored in their next assignment: an away game against Man City.
The Blades have now won four of their last five matches in all competitions, but unfortunately for them, City have now won their last 11, keeping clean sheets in six of their last seven at home in the league, which is bonkers.
Over 3.5 goals have been scored in just three of Sheffield United’s league games this season, and I believe they’ll hang in there for as long as possible against City, and though it’s unlikely they’ll score, I can’t see Pep Guardiola’s men sticking four past them considering the visitors’ form.
United will be competitive, but City will just be too good.
