Back Aberdeen to edge Tuesday's Scottish Premiership clash at New Douglas Park.
Hamilton v Aberdeen - Tuesday 19:45, BT Sport 1
Hamilton have dropped down to the bottom of the Scottish Premiership after their 2-0 defeat at Celtic as they’ve managed only three wins all season, though one of those did come against Aberdeen. The Dons are in excellent form now, however, as they’ve won eight of their last nine, with the exception a narrow 1-0 defeat at Celtic.
Hamilton have lost their last five on the road, netting only one goal in the process, but they’ve proven a tough side to beat on their own turf as they’ve lost only four of their 13 home games this term. Indeed, if we exclude Celtic, then they’re yet to be beaten by more than one goal at home, so Aberdeen will certainly have to work hard for their three points, if they’re to get them.
The Dons have won three of their last four on the road, with two of those victories by a one goal margin as they’ve managed only one clean sheet in their last nine away. With that in mind, the 1-2 correct score looks worth backing here at 8.5 as that’s been the score in half of Hamilton’s home defeats this term.
