Back Roma to brush Torino aside in the live Sunday night Serie A clash in Rome.
Roma v Torino - Sunday 17:00, BT Sport ESPN
Roma made it nine wins in 11 as they won 2-0 at Crotone to remain in 2nd, but with Juve continuing to win they still trail Massimo Allegri’s side by seven points. Torino, meanwhile, picked up their first win in seven as they beat bottom of the league Pescara 5-3 at home to remain in 9th, but they’re now 10 points off Inter in 4th.
Roma have won their last 14 at home, the last of which was a convincing 4-0 victory over Fiorentina, the fifth time they’ve scored more than twice in their last seven at the Stadio Olimpico. They’ve kept clean sheets in three of their last four, while they’ve led at the break in six of their last nine and so Torino have it all to do if they’re to get anything from this one.
Torino have picked up only two points from their last five on the road and have lost all four of their trips to sides above them this term. They did however manage to score in each of these defeats, which puts us off the win to nil, but since they were behind at the break in three of these losses and conceded 12 goals across them, we’re going to back Roma/Roma Half-Time/Full-Time at 2.25, as well as Over 3.5 Goals at 2.5.
