Niall Lyons has picked out a win treble for the final day of the 2025 Ryder Cup, currently at odds of 7/1.
Ryder Cup 2025
The four Majors and the Ryder Cup are a little disappointing whenever they're over by the final day and whatever side of the divide you're on you can feel a little cheated that we won't get a dramatic end to a great event.
That being said from their Captain, to the announcer on the first tee, the crowd, the course setup and their players the USA side deserve absolutely nothing from this absolute clown show. It's very rare that they get absolutely zero correct and they will be a laughing stock unless they somehow manage a heavy victory today in the singles to regain some pride.
Sepp Straka has putted quite well this week which means he has been able to contribute at various times across his games. His long game has been all over the place though, especially his irons. JJ Spaun on the other hand has been the 6th best iron player of the week and he hit the ball tremendously well yesterday to pip Jon Rahm and Sepp Straka at the death. There isn't a whole pile to play for on Sunday for Team USA but Spaun has been one of those this week with a solid attitude and I expect him to go out and dispatch of one of the weakest members of Team Europe this week.

Jon Rahm will be seeing star signs as he looks around favourite now in the market to hole the winning putt. He is up against a very weak Xander Schauffele today and the crumbs that he has managed to pick up so far have largely been down to his two partners in Cantlay and Spaun. On his own he looks extremely weak and despite picking up 2pts so far is the 8th worst performer of the 24. Rahm on the other hand is the 3rd best and given how his week has gone I'd be surprised if he doesn't do the business here.
Robert MacIntyre was out late in the singles in Rome and at one stage it looked like his game could be important. It didn't turn out to be in the end but he duly dispatched of the newly crowned US Open champion Wyndham Clark. MacIntyre doesn't have a cast iron partnership in this competition and I actually believe he could be one of the few Euros who is almost better on his own. Against Sam Burns he doesn't have much of an opponent and the Scot will be looking to improve on a somewhat challenging week. I have every faith in him getting the job done.
