Successful in his last two visits to this track, NO LIKEY (best price 9/2) has more than a squeak of making it three on the spin returning to the Midlands venue after a couple of unfruitful ‘away’ days. His first victory here came almost a year to the day when he accounted for seven opponents in a competitive little affair and then when upped in class three starts later, Philip Hobbs’ charge was even more impressive in scoring by 14 lengths. Although he never really landed a blow in a very hot contest for this time of year at Uttoxeter last time out, he was by no means disgraced, and there’s more than a fair chance he will bounce back to his very best form with the handicapper relenting and coming back to his happy hunting ground.
