John Gosden is 30-84 here since the Tapeta track opened in 2016, and his FANFARONADE could build on a career-best third at Chelmsford two weeks ago. The Exchange Rate filly should improve for the step up from 1m2f and can prove too strong for Colony Queen, who is yet to finish outside the first two in four all-weather starts. Tabou Beach Boy ran well on his handicap debut to just get touched off at Wolverhampton in January so has to be considered as well.
Prediction : 1st Fanfaronade 2nd Colony Queen 3rd Tabou Beach Boy

Ben Haslam won this race last year and PORRIMA can help the North Yorkshire-based handler claim further Gosforth Park glory. The four-year-old has won two of her last three here and could well improve for the step up to a mile for the first time. Gabrials Centurion won at Southwell in December and can go well fresh, while International Law and Elixsoft add some depth to a competitive handicap.
Prediction : 1st Porrima 2nd Gabrials Centurion 3rd International Law

The step up from 6f seems certain to suit COASTLINE, who has finished second on both outings and shaped like further was required when sent off at odds-on at Wolverhampton. Zofelle was a comfortable winner on debut, before finding Listed company too hot to handle in the Radley Stakes, and should be much more at ease here. Princess Palliser is an improver to keep an eye on, with Hareem Queen the pick of the newcomers.
Prediction : 1st Coastline 2nd Zofelle 3rd Princess Palliser

CHOSEN WORLD was a comfortable winner over course and distance last month and will be tough to beat off a 7lb higher mark if arriving in the same form. Windsor Cross is interesting on his first outing since August, with Connor Murtagh removing 5lb from his back to leave him effectively on the figure he scored off at Ripon in the summer. Confrontational was a winner over this trip when based in Ireland and put in an encouraging performance over an extended mile at Wolverhampton most recently.
Prediction : 1st Chosen World 2nd Confrontational 3rd Windsor Cross

ALSVINDER has been in mostly solid form throughout the winter and it would be a surprise were he unable to take full advantage of the drop into a claimer. A useful performer in competitive handicaps, he can prove a cut above the likes of Zylan, who he finished ahead of at Wolverhampton when the pair last met. Bengali Boys ran better when sixth here in January and completes the shortlist.
Prediction : 1st Alsvinder 2nd Zylan 3rd Bengali Boys

HANATI has shown a good level of form in three outings to date, finishing in the first two on each occasion, and she can progress now switching her attentions to handicap company off what appears to be a workable mark. Hanakotoba returned to winning ways at Wolverhampton and is expected to be competitive off 5lb higher, while Sister of The Sign arrives in good form as she searches for her third triumph from her last four appearances.
Prediction : 1st Hanati 2nd Hanakotoba 3rd Sister of The Sign
