NISIOR DONN remains in good form for this new yard and could defy a 7lb rise here now back on turf for Gavin Cromwell. The five-year-old looks perfectly drawn in stall four, and could account for recent Leopardstown winner Annie Fior, whose profile suggests that she is unlikely to follow up on that 33-1 success. Mulzamm is consistent and capable of running well for a long way, while Solomons Seal is another to take seriously.

ASANDA showed up well for a long way behind two potentially smart Aidan O'Brien-trained inmates when fourth at Naas in September on his latest outing, and could make his reappearance a winning one now trying 7f for the first time. A mark of 62 on handicap debut could be a gift and the three-year-old can prove too good for Paris Duvet, who has been running well on Polytrack for Henry De Bromhead. Paistiul represents a team in fine form so far this season and also merits respect.

SOLAGE is from the family of Group 1 winner Plumania and she displayed plenty of promise when finishing a neck second on her racecourse debut at Longchamp in October. The daughter of Galileo was subsequently purchased for a million euros and she can make a winning debut for Jim Bolger. Four Leaf Clover, a full-sister to Flag Of Honour, may take a step forward this year, while Maria Christina and Xcite also make the shortlist.

Telepathy and Minnie Haha both have to be respected with official marks of 79 and 76 respectively but they have already had plenty of opportunities and could be vulnerable to an improver. JASSAAR only found the ill-fated Sir Erec too good in a maiden at the Curragh when last seen in August and that form gives this son of Dansili a leading chance in this contest. Johnny Drama has a similar profile to the selection and he is another who may have more to offer this year. Mujid is clearly the most interesting newcomer being by Frankel and out of an Irish 1,000 Guineas winner, but jockey bookings suggest that he is the stable's second string behind the selection.

TWILIGHT PAYMENT ran well in some of the best staying races in Ireland last season and that includes a fourth-placed finish in the Irish St Leger in September. Brazos, Master Of Reality and Whirling Dervish are others with valid form claims but the most interesting runner in this field is arguably Hasanabad. Dermot Weld's colt only found the top-class pair of Hunting Horn and Latrobe too good on his debut 12 months ago and it has to be noted that he runs in this contest rather than a maiden.
