HONEYSUCKLE created a big impression when easily winning a Grade 3 contest over 2m2f here in January. A setback meant that the daughter of Sulamani had to bypass Cheltenham last month but she can provide her supporters with some valuable compensation. Eglantine Du Seuil won the Mares' Novices' Hurdle at the Festival but she arguably faces a tougher test here and needs to improve again. Salsaretta did not get home in the Albert Bartlett but she did beat the recent Grade 1 winner Felix Desjy over this trip at Limerick earlier in the season.

AINT DUNNE YET got off the mark over fences with an impressive victory at Leopardstown last month and that form suggests he could be hard to beat in this heat. Damut hit the crossbar 10 days ago at Limerick and he should be in the mix once again. Others to consider in a moderate event are Mill Quest and Uisce Beatha.

RIDERS ONTHE STORM was well fancied for the Close Brothers at the Cheltenham Festival but fell at an early stage having raced keenly. The drop in distance looks a positive regarding him settling and he remains open to further progression in handicaps. Quamino is respected if running to the same level of his Leopardstown success two starts ago, while Snugsborough Hall appears to have turned a corner, winning his last two outings, and completes the shortlist.

Willie Mullins took this last season with this year's Gold Cup winner Al Boum Photo and has a strong hand once again with Real Steel and Voix Du Reve. However, both struggled in the jumping department in the JLT at Cheltenham and that may open the door here for MENGLI KHAN, who was third behind Defi Du Seuil and Lostintranslation at Prestbury Park and was involved once again in the finish at Aintree in the Manifesto Novices' Chase. Stablemate Cubomania got back to winning ways last time and is respected, while Winter Escape can't be completely ignored, despite seeing his winning run come to an end in a Leopardstown Grade 1 in February.

Noel Meade has won the last two renewals of this contest and his ZAMBEZIR makes plenty of appeal looking to enhance that record following two good performances at Naas. Stablemate Joshua Webb is also worthy of a market check making his debut, while Lisa O'Neill is aboard Fakiera, which suggests he is the pick of Gordon Elliott's trio. Fantasio D'alene was a 165,000 euros purchase last summer and he is another to keep an eye on.
