The market suggested that more was expected from Magic Fountain on her debut and the well-bred filly should not be discounted, while Kalanoura is the pick of the remainder.

Atlas certainly wasn't stopping over 7f at Leopardstown and should give the follow-up bid a good go, as should Secret Wizard, who returned from three months off the track to score at Dundalk. However, there is lots to like about the unexposed profile of Cork maiden winner AZTEC EAGLE and he could be the one worth siding with on his seasonal reappearance. The decent ground he encounters for the first time in his career is expected to bring about improvement.

Sinseir made a pleasing debut when fourth over 7f at Fairyhouse in September and he looks set to improve for this step up in trip, while Minnie Haha isn't short of experience and shouldn't be too far away equipped with first-time cheekpieces.
