Sharrabang showed precious little in three starts at this track but maybe it was the switch to handicap company, rather than the move to Southwell, that saw him go close last time. Sister Of The Sign won a couple of small-field affairs earlier this year but hasn't shown a great deal in two appearances at this venue, so perhaps SING BERTIE is the answer. Derek Shaw has been among the winners recently and this son of Zebedee has run a pair of cracking races in defeat, including when beaten just half a length into second here in February.
Prediction : 1st Sing Bertie 2nd Sharrabang 3rd Sister of The Sign

SECOND COLLECTION followed up a novice stakes win here with an even more emphatic success in a handicap over C&D. Tony Carroll's filly is up 6lb, but that might not be enough to stop her landing the hat-trick. Jungle Juice won her maiden at this venue and should come on for her reappearance outing at Windsor, while Diva D is only 4lb higher than when successful here last year and has had a couple of runs this term.
Prediction : 1st Second Collection 2nd Jungle Juice 3rd Diva D

WILLKOMMEN has run well on his last two visits to this track, including over course and distance last time, and both of those efforts have come under today's young rider. Gabrial The Giant was just a head behind the selection here latest and is the main danger again, while Glutnforpunishment won a two-runner race at Lingfield before struggling at Southwell and is actually 1lb lower now.
Prediction : 1st Willkommen 2nd Gabrial The Giant 3rd Glutnforpunishment

Ebqaa struck over 1m6f here two starts ago and ran on well for third over this trip subsequently, while Point In Time's most recent wins have come over this distance so she has a shout on her reappearance. VAMPISH gets the vote, though, as she had Birch Grove and Sula Island behind when triumphant over track and trip last time and a 2lb rise is unlikely to inconvenience her unduly.
Prediction : 1st Vampish 2nd Ebqaa 3rd Point In Time

MURAADEF was only beaten a length into fourth over C&D earlier this month and a 1lb drop combined with Thomas Greatrex taking 5lb off makes him a very enticing prospect. Spiritual Star finished well for third under today's rider here last time, although the drop in trip is a slight concern. Astraea shaped as though she needed the extra distance when plugging on for fourth over 5f at Musselburgh.
Prediction : 1st Muraadef 2nd Spiritual Star 3rd Astraea

Sir Michael Stoute has his string in fine fettle so perhaps MOKAMMAL can defy an absence. A good second to a Godolphin odds-on shot on debut at Leicester, he had a subsequent winner in behind that day and can strike on his return. Sea Sculpture was a close-up third at Ffos Las on his only juvenile start and has been gelded since, while Sweet Celebration showed signs of greenness on her introduction at Kempton but did finish her race off well.
Prediction : 1st Mokammal 2nd Sea Sculpture 3rd Sweet Celebration

GREY MIST won back-to-back races on the Tapeta at Newcastle at the turn of the year and showed he is still in great nick when scoring over timber at Musselburgh. He is taken to get the better of Bird For Life, who has a 6lb rise to contend with after winning convincingly at Lingfield, while St Andrews signed off last season with a Newcastle success and has claims if fully wound up. Knight Commander missed out by a neck here and is another with claims off just 1lb higher.
Prediction : 1st Grey Mist 2nd Bird For Life 3rd St Andrews
