FOXRUSH TAKE TIME was beaten under a length at Kempton three weeks ago when fourth, and looks likely to be handed another aggressive ride here now dropped slightly in trip at a track where he has some decent placed form. Blyton Lass is usually a reliable form yardstick at this level but hasn't been done many favours by the draw, while Merdon Castle was fourth here last time and could appreciate this extra yardage.

Veteran Tellovoi won here five days ago when needing every yard of 6f and shouldn't be deterred by the switch to 7f, while Locommotion seldom lets himself down at this level but might need a bit of help from the handicapper before scoring again. It was hard not to be impressed by FANTASTIC FLYER's Kempton success 18 days ago, though, and another bold showing looks assured in this handicap.

James Fanshawe's CARNIVAL ROSE confirmed the promise of her debut fourth at Kempton when scoring at the same track in December, and could do even better after a break now that little bit older. The three-year-old can put her sex allowance to good use and account for San Carlos, who landed a gamble at this track just before Christmas, and Astrologer, who was a 40-1 second at Wolverhampton on stable debut two weeks ago and has plenty of scope.

FIELD GUN won despite being too keen in the early stages over this track and trip in February, before following that run with a good second at Lingfield earlier this month. The return to this track could see him strike again at the main expense of Young John, who got within a head of victory on his return to action at Leicester. Salt Whistle Bay was not disgraced here last time, while Dourado has claims on last year's turf form.

GREGORIAN GIRL turned in an improved performance when ridden aggressively over this trip at Kempton earlier in the month and could feasibly defy a 6lb rise to follow up if getting loose on the front end again. Mr Spirit, a former Charlie Hills inmate, is worth a market check on his first start for Marco Botti, while the likes of Legend Island and Jailbreak could feasibly take a forward step now switched to a handicap for the first time.

2m appears to be TRUE DESTINY's optimum trip and he left behind two defeats over shorter when striking in a 0-65 over this trip at Kempton. Roger Charlton's charge has a 4lb rise to contend with but likely has further improvement in the pipeline. Tin Fandango has been raised 4lb for scoring over this trip at Lingfield and can fight it out with the consistent Alabaster and Tour de Paris, who steps up from 1m6f, for the silver medal.

IMPERIAL ACT failed to justify favouritism in a similar contest over C&D last time but she lost little in defeat in second all the same and is expected to give another good account with her last-time-out conqueror, Nicky Baby, drawn wide. Casey Banter was third behind the aforementioned pair latest and merits shortlist inclusion along with Dragon Kuza, who sports first-time blinkers.
