TINTO made an encouraging return to action when a narrow second at Kempton last month and he could be very hard to beat if reproducing that form in this contest. Tin Hat struggled last time out but he is closely matched with the selection based on their meeting at Kempton in October. Others to note are Reticent Angel and Whataguy.
Prediction : 1st Tinto 2nd Tin Hat 3rd Whataguy

AMAZON PRINCESS hails from a yard which has started the season very well with their juveniles and this relation to the Group 3 winner Jallota makes plenty of appeal. Out Of Breath and Bartat have both already shown promise on the racecourse and they should put their experience to good use. Royal Ambition and Silver Start are other newcomers who merit consideration.
Prediction : 1st Amazon Princess 2nd Out Of Breath 3rd Bartat

BLUEBELL TIME bumped into an above-average rival when finishing second in a novice race over C&D last month and she could go one better now switched to handicap company. Ever Rock got off the mark at Windsor last time out and she is an obvious threat to the selection off a 5lb higher mark, while Bequest and Kadiz complete the shortlist.
Prediction : 1st Bluebell Time 2nd Ever Rock 3rd Kadiz

LIEUTENANT CONDE has not been beaten far in any of his starts so far in 2019 and this appears to be an ideal opportunity for the son of Havana Gold to get off the mark. Mister Musicmaster is a four-time course and distance winner and he should not be underestimated, while Aye Aye Skipper and Rocksette are others who merit respect.
Prediction : 1st Lieutenant Conde 2nd Mister Musicmaster 3rd Aye Aye Skipper

BAYSHORE FREEWAY won a match race here last year and returned from a lengthy absence to take second over shorter last time, with Cry Wolf back in fourth. Mark Johnston's filly could improve for the step up in trip and for that recent spin. Smart Champion struck on his reappearance last season so has to be respected despite six months off the track, while Seafarer has a squeak if finding his best form.
Prediction : 1st Bayshore Freeway 2nd Smart Champion 3rd Seafarer

Singing The Blues has been a revelation so far this year, winning three on the bounce before a couple of good seconds more recently. All those efforts have come on the all-weather so perhaps FRANCOPHILIA is a better option on turf. Mark Johnston's filly has endured mixed fortunes on the all-weather over the winter but was only beaten a length over this C&D last May. Make Good and Barca are others to note.
Prediction : 1st Francophilia 2nd Singing The Blues 3rd Make Good

Nahham won narrowly on debut but the form has taken a couple of knocks since so giving masses of weight away may be too much to bear here. Aegeus and Haadef are interesting newcomers for illustrious connections, but SASSOON gets the vote. Paul Cole's colt ran respectably in a Newmarket maiden on his return to action and could build on that promise in this.
Prediction : 1st Sassoon 2nd Haadef 3rd Nahham
